As you prepare to join us for the Re-de-fine Dinner experience at Kulturfolger, let us introduce you to one of the key players of the evening: the playful esophagus. Just as Dante's Convivio celebrated the importance of communal dining and the connections it creates, our Re-de-fine Dinner experience aims to awaken all your senses and ignite your creativity.
Your journey through our selectively prepared menu and carefully curated exhibitions will not only nourish your body, but it will also take you on a playful and thought-provoking adventure. The esophagus plays a pivotal role in this journey, guiding you through different textures, flavors, and experiences.
Our menu is designed together with the artists, using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients and presented in a playful and artful manner that will surprise and delight you. Each plate is handmade and inspired by Dante, meticulously designed to provoke your senses and tantalize your taste buds.
With every bite, you will be transported to a new realm of sensory pleasure, exploring the depths of your palate and opening your mind to new artistic experiences.
This is more than just a meal, it is an artistic and intellectual journey that celebrates the beauty of the world and its ability to connect us all. At Kulturfolger, our Re-de-fine Dinner inspired by Dante's Convivio is an exclusive and provocative evening for only 12 guests.
At Kulturfolger, we've always been fascinated by the intersection of creative expression and philosophical concepts. And for our 2023 season, we're taking inspiration from one of the greatest humanist philosophers of all time: Dante.
Through our concept of Convivio, we'll explore the themes of community, knowledge, politics, love and the pursuit of truth through eight exhibitions and performances. But that's not all. We'll also host the Re-De-Fine Dinner, a banquet that celebrates the exchange of ideas over food, an artistic dining experience inspired by our current exhibitions. Join us on this intellectual and artistic journey of re-reading Dante and the power of art to ignite thought and reflection.
